Hardware Acceleration

Media Transcoding

NVENC/NVDEC for hardware-accelerated transcoding. Enables high-concurrency 4K streams and HDR-to-SDR tone mapping without impacting the system CPU.

AI / Machine Learning

The 3060's CUDA cores power Immich ML microservices: near-instant facial recognition, CLIP-based smart search, and hardware-accelerated thumbnail processing for large photo libraries.
